Yoko and Andries at Brave New Wine have a particular feel for making a Pet-Nat. This is their new version, the first ‘white’ Pet-Nat in their line up. It’s made from mainly Vermentino with a few bits and pieces of Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc thrown in the brew. It’s light, crisp and as refreshing as a cool swim on a hot day. Fresh, fun and frivolous Pet Nat from the West. Just jumps out of the glass!
