Delivery
Deliveries will be made in most cases by our preferred courier Australia Post. Anyone at the delivery address, who receives the goods, shall be presumed by deVine Cellars to be authorized to receive the goods on your behalf and that the person is over the age of eighteen (18) years. Satisfactory evidence of proof of age of the person receiving the goods may be requested. If the person is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age, deVine Cellars will refuse to deliver the goods. Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) or persons who fail to provide proof of age as accepted by deVine Cellars.
You must ensure that a person over the age of eighteen (18) years is available to accept the goods.
If there is no one at the delivery address, a text will be sent or a card will be left in your mail box notifying you of collection details from an Australia Post Centre close to you. If an incorrect address is given and the parcel(s) is/are returned to the store, an additional charge may be applied. An additional charge will be incurred if re-delivery is requested. Once you receive the goods you will be responsible if they become damaged, lost or stolen.
All deliveries must be signed for and will be taken as absolute proof of delivery.
Please allow 5 – 14 business days for most delivery areas, delivery times will vary depending on your location and stock availability and may take longer than 14 days. Perth Metro deliveries will generally be delivered within 5 business days.
All items are packed to a very high standard. All items are insured during transit to cover damage. Australia Post will not deliver damaged parcels and will inform us of their return, after which we will dispatch another. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange or replacement.
Click and Collect orders can also be placed to be collected from either of our Inglewood or Noranda stores in Western Australia, within normal trading hours (this option is selected at ‘checkout’). You will receive notification when your order is ready to be collected. Generally within 3 days. If an order is not going to be ready within this time-frame, you will be contacted.
Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout.
CORPORATE / BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
If you are a Corporate / Business customer within and surrounding the Perth CBD, delivery is FREE for orders over $350.
Delivery to Corporate Customers will be made, in most cases by our deVine couriers and generally delivered next day.
Delivery is free within the Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs during business hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, minimum order of $350 required. A $22 delivery fee will be applied to orders less than $350. Please contact us to confirm whether delivery charges will apply.
A packaging fee may be incurred for certain items, we will notify you of any cost prior to delivery.
If you require delivery on a specific day or time, please specify and we will endeavour to deliver as per the instructions. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery rates to the relevant Boat Jetty (see below) for Boat Charter functions will be as follows:
- Monday to Friday: $65.00
- Saturday: $75.00
- Sunday: $100.00
