Nose

Citrus blossom & grapefruit come together in a soft, fruit forward fragrance. The nose is articulated and rich, opened by floral and slightly herbaceous notes, then followed by references to white peach and citrus references to cedar.

Palate

An edgy & delicious wine with notes of lemon, peach & pear. Stoney and savoury with a blast of lemon citrus fruits, a touch of blood orange & peach juice wrapped up in a vivid, mineral acidity. The sip is easy and lively, snappy, fresh, and savoury. Long persistence.

Think of Grillo as the fuller, sexier sister of Pinot Grigio. With herbal notes and bright acidity, this wine pairs perfectly with prawns or Caesar salad.
