Pale gold in colour with pink highlights, and lively bubbles. The nose is vibrant with effervescent citrus and pink lady apple aromas, and a touch of fennel seed. More lemony citrus and apple/pear flavours on the palate. A lovely textural mouth-feel coming from lees contact. The finish has decent length with some nutty complexity.
Organic, Preservative Free, Suitable for Vegetarians. Natural milk used in the fining process.
