Crafted without added sulphites and with all the full-bodied flavour you expect from a quality Shiraz, this is proof that purity and performance go hand in hand.
COLOUR
Great colour intensity with red purple hue – a clear indication the wine has escaped the harmful effects of oxidation despite the absence of sulphur dioxide.
NOSE
A lifted aroma that’s all about raspberry & mulberry fruit characters that combine with spice and hints of plum skin, cola and confection.
PALATE
A medium-full bodied wine built around a silky soft tannin structure and a vibrant, fresh, fruity palate. The flavours are of dark cherry, ripe plum, coffee, dark chocolate and bay leaf. The tannins are quite velvety and the finish is long and slightly chalky.
