This wine comes from the vineyards located on the soft slopes in the heart of Valpolicella, mainly cultivated with the traditional Veronese Pergola growing method and characterized by clayey-limestone soils.

60% Corvina Veronese, 25% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella

Bright garnet red in colour. Its bouquet is characterised by intense aromas of undergrowth and spicy notes. Dry and velvety flavor with hints of cherry. Robust, persistent and harmonious body.

It ideally accompanies dishes based on game, roasted meats and savory cheese.
