Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness.
There is a dark fruit lushness to the palate which is counterbalanced by a spicy suppleness and focus. Flavours of blackberry, blueberry and crushed spice provide depth and complexity. Very approachable in its youth and will develop great complexity as it ages.
