This is mostly shiraz with smaller contributions from malbec and cabernet. This was a riper warmer year, yet the cooler southern Margaret River region results in a pretty wine of medium body. Delicious, sweet plummy fruit flavours balanced with a little spice and a savouriness on the finish. Nice tight core of chalky tannin and understated oak.
