Established in Corsica, France’s sunniest region, Domaine d’Alzipratu covers some 30 hectares between sea and mountain. Made from typical regional varietals, this cuvee maximises its fresh factor with inviting notes of kirsh, mild spices, licorice and flowers.  The wine was vinified and aged for 4th months in clay jars, during which time the wine is stirred daily to increase contact with the lees. The traditional clay jars are very porous, giving the wine its distinctive complexity – testimony to another winemaking era.

Variety: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Elegante and Syrah.
