One of the most traditional Sicilian grape varieties, the Family’s experience extends to the sunny and warm Mediterranean island. With this Nero d’Avola, Pasqua wants to offer a wine with an intense color and powerful structures.

Characteristics
Intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections. Delicate notes of wild berries, blended with hints of spices and licorice. Full, velvety and persistent flavour. Full-bodied, with balanced tannins, soft and velvety on the palate.

Pairing
Excellent with medium-aged cheeses and red meat dishes, baked or grilled. To be served at 16-18°C.
