A classic, complex example of a Great Southern Riesling.  The very pale straw colour disguises the power and intensity of the wine.  Vibrant, complex aromatics of lifted rose petal and scented musk and orange blossom jump out of the glass.

The fine-boned natural acidity carries the central limey/citrus core of flavours through the mid-palate with the crunchy mineral-like textural finish.

The wine has the structure and balance to age gracefully for 10-15 years.
