The Seehof Riesling Trocken (“trocken” means “dry” in German) pours a light gold with green highlights. On the nose, aromas of salted grapefruit, golden delicious apple and candied lemon effortlessly plume from the glass. The palate is laser-focused with a saline minerality and a mix of stone fruit and citrus flavors: apricot, white peach, yellow plum, meyer lemon and ruby red grapefruit.
