Ebony is a classic Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz that best reflects its origin – Margaret River. The wine is produced with early drinking in mind and exhibits fleshy tannins with great fruit intensity.

Colour: Crimson red.

Aroma: Red fruits, currants, violets and vanillan oak spice.

Palate: A medium-bodied wine filled with bright red berry flavours. The tannins are approachable whilst lending length and regional structure. There is an underlying level of spice to the wine that adds complexity.

Cellaring: Enjoy now, or will cellar for 3–5 years.
