Just 1,440 individually numbered bottles produced. An elegant Mount Barker Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe cassis, bay leaf, cedar and dark chocolate mingle with subtle cigar box and graphite complexity.

Deep crimson, with lifted notes of cassis, bay leaf, cedar and dark chocolate.

The palate is medium bodied, with tightly woven cocoa-powder tannins and a thread of savoury oak.  Long and precise, with a red-fruited core and secondary spice emerging.

This wine has a cellaring potential of 15-25 years.
