Palate :  This is a medium bodied wine that is bright and fruit driven. Flavours of dark cherry fruits and rose petals combine with layers of spice. The acid is firm and provides a refreshing finish.
Cellaring :  This wine drinks well young, but will cellar for 5 – 7 years to be at it’s peak.
