The traditional varieties of Corvina (70%), Rondinella (20%) and Corvinone (10%) are sourced from the hills above Verona. Hand picked grapes are vinified at a controlled temperature in tanks for 8 to 10 days the the wine is settled and transferred to other tanks few a few months aging before bottling.

Ruby red colour with some purple, the aromas are fruity – reminicent of sour cherries and the palate light to medium weight, is fruity and finishes clean and dry.

Serve with light meat dishes, mushrooms and cheese.
