A combination of the zesty citrus freshness of Semillon with the exotic passionfruit and guava of Sauvignon blanc. Fermentation and ageing on yeast lees in seasoned oak adds layer of creamy texture to the wine.

This complex style of Semillon Sauvignon blanc will match most foods, particularly those with layered flavours and spices.  Although released ready to drink it will reward some long cool cellaring, gaining interesting waxy and lemon rind flavours with age.
