Made from grape varieties of different flavours, textures, colours, and acidity. Sourced from a collection of fields/vineyards in the south of Margaret River to display regional and varietal typicity. Moonmilk is a wine of great flavour, texture, and drinkability.

This wine blends five white grape varieties. Its richness and depth of flavour are reminiscent of pomme and stone fruits like bosc pear, red apple, apricot, peach, and nut kernel. The exotic rose
petal, anise, lychee, gooseberry, and guava bouquet adds subtle spice. It has a distinct citrus and wet stone finish that lingers. This wine’s diverse flavours harmonise in a richly layered palate with soft acidity and a savoury, chalky/mineral finish.
