Puligny has a distinguished bouquet of almond paste, ferns, tropical fruit, amber, and white flowers. Their discreet acidity leaves room for a very soft mouthfeel and an impressively long finish.

The old Chardonnay vineyards give few but very concentrated bunches. Part of the vinification and aging take place in barrique. The aromas are splendid, notes of exotic fruit and roasting combine with dried fruit and spices. On the palate it is savory and full-bodied, with a long persistence.
