It is a dry, fresh and flavour intense wine produced in the modern style Flavours of citrus, white stone fruits and vanillin spice abound and are supremely integrated and balanced with the French oak.  Honeysuckle and spiced lemon curd with a backdrop of clean minerality.

A very long finish from a wine that displays poise and complexity.
