250+ people joined us in Sydney. Hundreds more helped destem, foot stomp and basket press, tasting it along the way, when we returned to Adelaide.

Each of them has their names printed on a different bottle, so somewhere out there in the world are 10 bottles with only their name on it.

The mantra of the Urban Winery Project is participation, education (and as well as a healthy dose of emancipation), collaboration. Each year the UWP labels are created for us by artists we love. The label for Red # 6 comes from Adelaide based artist Fred Rock (@fredrocker).
