This is one of the best value premium sparklings in the country. It’s a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown mostly on the Stefano Lubiana biodynamic vineyard in Tasmania.

There’s a mixture of oak and stainless used during fermentation and a portion of the base wine is allowed to go through malo, adding subtle layers of detail to the finished wine. It combines class and complexity with effortless drinkability – a clear example of winemaker Steve’s craftsmanship in sparkling production.
