Meslier is one of the rarest sparkling grape varieties, grown traditionally in France, with only a few acres known to exist worldwide.

The Levrier grapes are grown in the Adelaide Hills, making this one of the rarest sparkling wines in the world. The first Meslier vineyard was planted in Eden Valley in 1988 and in 1992 made the first single variety Australian Meslier Sparkling.

Superbly fine beading with unique fresh green apple, citrus flavours and racey acidity make my Meslier perfect with fresh mussels and oysters with fresh limes and a hint of fresh chilli and coriander.
