The Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blancs cuvée reflects the richness of the House’s terroir and outstanding expertise used to produce its champagnes. Elegance, purity and freshness are the watchwords for this cuvée, which is highly sought-after by wine enthusiasts. It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on historic plots in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs appellation, acquired by Mumm in 1882. The result is an exceptionally lively wine with wonderful minerality.

This wine is cellared for a minimum of three years to fully express its aromatic qualities. It displays a brilliant, clear colour with green and pale-yellow highlights, interspersed with light, delicate bubbles. The nose reveals notes of fresh flowers, lemon and fresh fruit (pear, apple). The wine starts out elegant on the palate, with subtle mineral notes and an impressive richness, culminating in a lively, expressive finish.
