Description
An outstanding wine of incredible complexity and character resulting from extended maturation on yeast lees.
The appearance is crystal clear with an ultrafine and persistent bead, medium straw with a yellow gold hue. A mature and complex style of sparkling expressing aromas of toast, honeycomb, sourdough and nougat.
An intriguing blend of flavours, including lemon curd, natural yogurt, brine and a hint of forest floor. The palate has great elegance and poise with a finely balanced dosage or sugar, acidity and tannic structure.
