100% Shiraz farmed at Witcher Range, Geographe.  Non-certified, but organically managed fruit, harvested intentionally for Rose, leading to earlier harvest dates chasing that bright, natural acid.  Native yeast fermented in tank with around 12 hrs skin contact, extra texture developed in the wine through in tank batonage on lees.

Vibrant red berry and ripe stone fruit characters, with some sweeter aromatics on the nose, leading into a dry, Provence style rose on the palate.  Darker blush in the glass, made for all day drinking.
