A dry savoury Rosé made predominantly from Italian varieties Sangiovese, Dolcetto & Nero d’Avola.  These varieties were carefully selected to give this Rosé its beautiful copper salmon colour along with a textural mouth feel while retaining clean fruit characteristics.

Grapes for this wine were picked early for the sole purpose of making Rosé, picking early ensures the natural acidity in the grapes is retained, key to making a refreshing Rosé.  The grapes are then fermented cool in in a combination barrel and stainless to retain freshness.  4 months maturation in seasoned French oak on fluffy lees with regular stirring creates this bright yet textural style of Rosé.
