Snake & Herring Redemption Syrah
Description
This is an eminently fruit driven style, very high on the slurpability index, with fresh red fruits, a floral call and an earthy answer. Whole bunches in the ferments have added spice elements, an elegant tannin thread through the finish to keep the line and add length. Aged in older puncheons there is subtle oak influence but Redemption Shiraz is a modern take on the classic Shiraz of the Great Southern.
