Great aromatics and cool succulent weight. Red fruit (raspberry, cherry, satsuma) and blue fruit (blueberry) are complexed with earthy, cocoa and oyster shell savoury notes. There is also a hint
of violets. The palate is warm and layered with bright fruit balanced by subtle oak and fine long creamy tannins.

Try with rare venison or kangaroo, or Yarri’s famous emu tartare.
