Dormilona Cabernet Sauvignon
Description
From Stonegaze Vineyard and managed organically for 12 years in gravelly loam. The grapes are hand-picked, foot-stomped and wild-fermented in open fermenters, with maceration for three months. Aged in French oak barriques. Blackberries and blackcurrants, she is rich in dark red fruit but not weighty. Bold and beautiful silky texture, fine plush tannins.
