Their name pays homage to the geese who waddle in single file around the estate and the Latin on our crest translates to the pursuit of excellence – a principle they try and live by every day.

Singlefile Wines are unique expressions of Western Australia’s Great Southern. The approach is to track down the best fruit across the sub-regions of this corner of the earth, then apply minimal intervention to craft singular examples of the Singlefile style, stamped with the crest. Singlefile Wines are made in a thoughtful and refined style, with elegance and fruit-driven complexity and an enticing length of flavour.

This wine displays bright and lifted aromas of dark berry and bay leaf, and gentle oak support. The wine is effortlessly mouth filling with juicy red fruit flavours balanced with acidity and gentle fine grained tannins which lead to a long finish. It is well suited to red meat dishes such as a roast leg of lamb with garlic and herbs.
