Windance Wild Things Pet Nat
Produced using Shiraz, Chardonnay, Chenin & a splash of Sauv Blanc. The base wine was made in tank from hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed Shiraz, and whites.
Bright pink-red, give the wine a very small roll before opening to mix it through the lees giving the wine some texture. As soon as you pop the top you get the fizz, but not too much that you lose half the bottle. Strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Fruit tingle strawberry and guava refresh the palate, delicate fizz leads to a savoury finish. Clean and absolutely smashable.
