A multi vintage, mixed varietal wine with Riesling, Zibibbo, Gewurztraminer, Vermentino, Pinot Grigio & Moscato featuring in the mix. All parcels have skin contact ranging from 4 days to 6 weeks with some of the wine spending 4 years on yeast less before final blending.
