Perfumed and floral, jasmine, ripe but also precise in aromas of nectarine, peach, Asian pear and apple blossom. Warm and honeyed on the palate, spicy, too, and yet never cloying. Indeed, quite the opposite thanks to clean, bright, lasting, acidity.
