Light to medium-bodied with a gorgeously rounded, textural mouthfeel. A riper expression showing white peach, lime & grapefruit flavours with subtle hints of passionfruit, fennel & salinity. Beautifully balanced. Lingering, dry, zesty, citrus finish. Try this with grilled seafood or a spring vegetable linguine.
