Fermented and aged in oak for an average of 25 years this wine is a deep tawny colour.  It has layered aromas of raisins, grilled nuts and fruit cake.  The palate is defined by rich and intricate complexity with flavours of caramelised toffee, dried fruit and vanillin oak, finishing with immense depth and length.
