Palate:  A full-flavoured, textured, creamy palate with balance, richness and length. The wine shows good fruit weight – stone fruits and bright citrus, and complexity of flavour – oatmeal, salted cashew & crème caramel. A succulent acid line balances phenolic crunch to ensure a wine of texture and substance.
