This Traditional Method stands out for its elegance and creamy texture achieved through careful ageing. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe and caramelised apricot, while on the palate it unveils enveloping notes of vanilla cream and pastry, completed by a delicate touch of white flowers. The roundness of the sip maintains a dry profile, fully consistent with the Extra Brut dosage.

Nose  On the nose, a lively first impression that opens with ripe yellow fruits such as apricot, slightly stewed and caramelised.

Palate  On the palate it is creamy, with hints of vanilla cream and pastry and a quick touch of white floral notes; soft and elegant, powerful and rounded.
