Pronounced top notes of ripe blackberries and liquorice fill the nostrils over a back drop of vanillin cedar, faint dried herbs, scorched earth and pepper. Rich densely concentrated flavours of blackberry and liquorice flood the palate over black cherry, vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth, dried meats and pepper. A luscious textural feel held in check by finely crafted tannins that have a structured underbelly. Fantastic power and depth with a long aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, black cherries, vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth and pepper.
