Sourced from the family vineyards in the Barossa Valley, the Father-in-Law Shiraz has a linear structure that is poised, rounded and spicy with a long elegant finish.
Good medium to deep colour with bright hues.  The wine displays a meat stock complexity with the sweetness starting to show with time in the glass.  The palate is the star here.  It has a lovely sweet richness, is fully flavoured and plush but certainly not big.  Poised, rounded and spicy with a long finish.
