Fraser Gallop Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Bursting with small red, black and blueberries this is a wine picked at perfect ripeness. A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with an almost pinot-like weight and feel with a clean acid line and fine graphite tannins and supported with creamy savoury oak. There is a slender seamless flow across the palate framed by the grape skin tannins coming from the vinification technique that gives the wine an extra dimension of texture. It’s a wine that is not trying too hard however there is enough before you to see its freshness, elegance and charm. Cabernet in its purest form.
