Exclusive Mendoza Chardonnay Varietal.  The “Mendoza” clone is renowned for producing some of Margaret River’s best Chardonnay.  It develops “hens and chicks”, where the berry size is uneven and on average smaller. This results in higher skin to juice ratio, lighter palate weight, yet with greater flavour intensity.

This wine delivers striking and delicious creamy vanilla aromas, a delicate and delightful palate, full of crisp citrus acidity with flavours of citrus and stone fruit presiding, and a subtlety backed by the beautiful flavours of restrained French oak.

A fresh drink now premium Chardonnay, but can be aged for up to 10 years for added complexity.
