Rich raisins and fruitcake aromas with underlying sweet and warm spices – cinnamon and nutmeg. There is a floral, almost rose petal hint on the nose as the wine develops.
Palate Luscious flavours of rich, ripe plum, raisins and plum pudding. A full bodied fortified Muscat that displays balance and the well managed addition of grape spirit. The wine finishes dry and exhibits a lingering finish.
A great accompaniment to chocolate based desserts or blue cheese.
