Sullivans Cove Double Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

The Double Cask is our flagship product and is a truly delightful introduction to our range and to Tasmanian single malt in general.  It has a gentle creamy palate with really subtle flavours that make it perfect for everyday drinking. Each unique batch is a superb combination of one French Oak Port barrel and two American Oak Bourbon barrels, gently brought down to 40%ABV with pure Tasmanian water and allowed to settled and clear naturally for 4 months before bottling. To ensure that we use the best whisky, we only use barrels 10yrs or older for our signature double cask.
