Our single malt whisky has been maturing in Ice Pressed Chardonnay barrels housed along the seaside coast of Margaret River. When unveiled in 2020, this whisky will entice you with intoxicating earthy aromas of blue peat smoke, a delicious nuttiness of malted barley, vanilla and toasty oak characters. Combined with the fruit and floral characters from the iced wine barrels, this is a whisky of uncompromising purity, distilled in the pristine waters of Margaret River.

A hand-crafted whisky that is matured in Ice Pressed Chardonnay French Oak barrels that will be bottled separately, yielding around 400 bottles.
