This particular virgin oak barrel is crafted from Chinquapin oak sourced from the Northern Ozark region of Missouri, USA. Delivering spicy notes of cayenne pepper and cinnamon alongside runny Scottish honey and sweet tropical fruits, this glorious single malt is one to be savoured.

Colour: Intense Auburn

Aroma: Waves of honeycomb, roasted nuts and autumn leaves, with cocoa, poached pineapple and cinnamon covered cherries.

Palate: Full bodied with roasted coffee beans, wild honey and tobacco leaves, with layers of almonds, crystalised ginger and cayenne pepper on the finish.
