Sausage Tree Irish Vodka is the latest release from the Shed Distillery and another inspired creation from the wonderful mind of PJ Rigney. This Irish vodka is made with the fruit of the Kigelia Africana, also known as the sausage tree. The fruit is combined with Irish grain and nettle to create a fascinating, lightly fruity and herbaceous vodka. Rigney has sought to create “nature’s purest Vodka”.
