Tequila Corralejo Añejo is aged for 12 months in Mexican, French, and American oak barrels.  The barrels are burnt inside providing a smoky flavour.  A perfect example of the skills of master tequileros.  The nose has sweet notes of coffee and nuts.  The palate is silky with an intense wood flavour and smoky tones.
