R.L. Seale’s 10 Year Old Rum 700ml

RL Seale’s 10 Year Old Rum is a unique expression of rum from the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados.  Notes of coffee and chocolate on the nose with the rum being a little less sweet than other Bajan rums, dry and spicy with a smooth finish.  Excellent mouth feel, a rum for sipping.

APPEARANCE

Clear, honey gold but with tiny dark particles in suspension.

AROMA

Spicy cooked red appled with vanilla, raw pastry, thyme and old oak wardrobe.

TASTE

Slightly sweet, warm spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg) cidery roasted apple and caramel.

AFTERTASTE

Woody toffee apple, creamy vanilla and milk chocolate with lingering spice.
