Origin Barbados (West Indies Rum Distillery) and Venezuela (Destileria Sofa)

Nose  Very intense and fresh, it starts on honey, apple blossom, cooked banana, lime and vanilla, followed by coconut, coffee and almond.

Palate  It has a pastry taste and a nice freshness, starting with caramel, plums and pear followed by custard and nutmeg.

Finish  Long and sweet on banana, lemon peel, cooked apple, Tonka bean, caramel and cinnamon.
